She has many years of extensive experience in tax advisory in particular in the area of income taxes and international taxes.
She has advised among others in set-up of Polish and international investment structures and in reorganization processes (M&A). She has conducted complex due diligence processes and negotiations.
She has supported innovative enterprises in the process of applying Polish tax incentives: R&D relief, IP BOX and relief related to Polish Investment Zone.
She has conducted tax reviews regarding an identification of potential tax risks related to compliance with obligations resulting from tax provisions, as well as reviews aimed at identifying tax schemes subject to reporting under mandatory disclosure rules (MDR).
She has gained her experience at international and largest domestic tax advisory companies within complex and multi-faceted projects performed for Polish and foreign capital groups.

She is a licensed attorney-at-law (no. WA-12223) and a tax advisor (no. 12771).
She has received her law degree from Jagiellonian University in Kraków and she has graduated from French Law School conducted by Orléans University in France with cooperation with Jagiellonian University.
